Stray Lotus is an independent brand based in Los Angeles, California, USA. We design and sell handcrafted sterling silver garment insignia and related design objects and accessories. We are a small operation — there is no dedicated privacy department, and questions reach the people who make the work.
The site is operated from California, and information submitted through it may be processed in the United States, including for visitors outside the US.
What Information Is Collected
Depending on what you do here, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order information when you place an order or contact us. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. Stray Lotus does not receive or store your full payment card information.

Stray Lotus does not sell your personal information. It is shared only when reasonably necessary with Stripe for payment processing, shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to deliver an order, and the hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site. We may also share information where required to comply with law or prevent fraud. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its part.
How Long Information Is Kept
Analytics retention follows the settings configured in Google Analytics. Order information is kept only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, returns, accounting, and applicable legal or tax recordkeeping.

You can accept or reject analytics at any time through Privacy Choices in the footer. Rejecting stops future analytics collection.
